Terms and Conditions

By engaging the services of Cazzna1 Trading (Pty) Ltd ("Cazzna1"), trading as Cazzna1 Pest Control, or by using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or website.

Cazzna1 provides professional pest-management services for residential, commercial, industrial and government clients. The specific services to be delivered, including the scope, methods and pricing, will be confirmed in a written quotation prior to commencement. Services are carried out by trained technicians using professionally approved products and methods appropriate to the site and pest type.

All quotations are provided in writing and are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless otherwise stated. Quotations are based on information provided at the time of assessment. Additional charges may apply if the scope of work differs materially from what was assessed. Cazzna1 reserves the right to withdraw or revise a quotation at any time prior to acceptance.

The client is responsible for: • Providing accurate information about the property and pest problem • Following preparation instructions provided by Cazzna1 prior to treatment • Ensuring access to the property at the agreed time • Implementing prevention and exclusion recommendations to support the treatment outcome • Informing Cazzna1 of any relevant health conditions, allergies or sensitivities prior to treatment Failure to follow preparation instructions may affect treatment effectiveness. Additional charges may apply if a visit cannot be completed due to lack of access or failure to prepare.

Payment terms will be specified in the quotation. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due on or before the date of service. Cazzna1 reserves the right to charge interest on overdue accounts. Commercial clients with agreed credit terms are subject to the credit conditions specified in their service agreement.

Pest management involves the treatment and management of pest populations and conditions. Cazzna1 does not guarantee the permanent elimination of any pest species. Results depend on the severity of the infestation, the implementation of client-side prevention recommendations and site conditions. Cazzna1 is not liable for any damage caused by pest activity before, during or after treatment, or for any consequential loss arising from pest-management services.

Cazzna1's liability in connection with any service is limited to the cost of the service provided. Cazzna1 is not liable for indirect, consequential or special damages. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death, personal injury caused by our negligence, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

Clients may cancel or reschedule a booked service with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice or failure to provide access at the agreed time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

Cazzna1 handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, available at info@cazzna1.co.za, and in compliance with the Protection of Personal Information Act, 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of South Africa.
